A snack for nibbling at work, they were alright but weren't anything special... was expecting them to at least have a little bit of a kick.

Turned some paninis into garlic bread to have with a homemade lasagna for dinner:

Then some homemade mince pies to finish off

Why oh why did they make them so sweet, just calm it down..... I had to break out the Fortmun&Masons Chilli Sauce!

Thinking out loud, it looks like they added a sugar wash to the outside to get the colour when toasting.

Edit: Also updated this thread for those having a peep at gluten free stuff.

I've been inspired to look... https://www.mygfguide.com/gluten-free-wraps/ so I did, and guess what, I have just that flour :D
I can't stand the smell of most GF wraps. But Caputo flour makes all the difference.

Edit: Don't waste your flour, tuff as old boots, I'll go back over this when I get more flour!
Bit of egg white and yeast plus a little rising time may yield a better result is my thinking, I need to test!

Not sure if I could be that bothered making them tbh.
