Turned on PC from sleep and was greeted with this

Turned the PC off with the power button and on again and it's still doing it. I've had the display driver amduw23g stopped responding and has successfully recovered error since having this PC since December and have no idea how to fix it and now this has happened. Any idea what's causing it?

That's the gpu driver crashing and recovering.
First port of call is software, specifically the driver software. Update it.
The image in the screenshot, as well as the driver crashes, if not caused by software, are hardware. Possibly power, but most likely a faulty gpu.
