weird house.battery problem

I have 3 pylon 2.4kwh batteries and a solis inverter.
the system is still working fine however this morning the battery is no longer showing state of charge. it's just a grey filled in battery.

looking at inverter settings it thinks the SOC is 100% (and SOH is 93%) . clearly that isn't the case as it's been discharging since 4pm.

if it does not sort itself out I will contact the installer but just wondering if it's a botched software update and maybe other users have the same issue.

to answer my own question, i just got a reply from GreenScape - our installers - they can confirm the issue is because Solis are updating their software and have broken something..... They have contacted them to ask how long before its back, but the important thing is this is a software issue and is happening to multiple users so should be fixed at some point.

It’s software related mate following the app update. They ll sort it tonight or tomorrow.

I recommend the Facebook solis group, really good.
