Was going to get a super widescreen monitor but instead chose 27" 1440p, as that ticks slightly more boxes for features that I wanted to experience. Once the super widescreens mature a bit more + come down in price, then things might be different.

Didn't think hardly anyone would still be PC gaming at only 1080p..(1 was gaming at 1200p 10 years ago)

I'm gaming at 1080p or lower, usually 900p, if very demanding I go down to 768p, but then again, my sig xD Gonna upgrade to X34 freesync when I got cash to not be a pleb anymore
