A closed source windows mod, what could go wrong? The amount of times they have "100% safe, 100% clean" written on their site makes me more suspicious than if they hadn't written anything too

If security is a priority, check what changes they claim to make and make them yourself.

The bloat used to included with OEM devices, they seem to have very little or none at all. Uninstall what you don't use.

Modern hardware handles a standard Windows installation without any issues. If you have an older device used for web browsing have a look at an alternative OS like ChromiumOS
