What actually happened here? is that how the guy parked it or did he leave the handbrake down and the car rolled forward? he shouldnt be on the road behind a sterring wheel of a car if he parked it like that.
Not sure. There was a space behind the white car so my best guess was that the handbrake had broken or something, although my first though was 'why has she parked there?'. I would assume it was a woman for either parking like that or leaving the handbrake off.
The car it bumped into had a massive towball though so I'd like to see the front bumper now! It was causing hassle too as it was obviously blocking the roadway into the car park!!!
