Antivirus/Spy Prot for Vista 64 ?

What are people using for their Antivirus and spyware/trojan protection in Vista 64 ?

spybot search and destroy

I uninstalled Kaspersky since it is slow at loading some web pages ie Anandtech forums(known problem),I'm using Avast free edition,SpywareBlaster,Sypbot and Windows Defender set to scan once every day.

People may call me stupid but im not using any AV.

I have a fliterd router with firewall, windows defender and simple sense i.e dont open suspicious links or emails

Havnt had a virus for 5 months, touchwood!

Same here, never use them myself, not had anything for ages.

I just use Windows Defender at the moment with Windows Firewall, behind a router as well of course. I will use Adaware 2007 once it is Vista compatible though I think.

Avoid warez sites, torrents, P2P software, adult sites, etc etc and you'll be fine.

True if you are careful you could be fine, but you can't claim you don't have any virii on the system if you haven't scanned with AV! There are quite a few hacked legit sites around which could catch you out.
