He grabbed the fence when Randy was about to slam him (he got warned for it later on too.. don't think Herb saw the first one) so it caused him to spin when landing.

Gonzaga was a different person once his nose was broke though, it ruined it a bit for me.. I was hoping for more of a battle than a one-sided pounding.

Not taking anything away from Randy (he's impressive), but it did seem a little like Gonzaga didn't know how to cope with the style, and the nose didn't help him breathe too well.

I keep getting suprised by GSP too, WOW.. he always seems to step up and prove himself in different ways. That said, Koscheck is a complete tool.

One thing I'm not looking forward to is my suprise bday holiday... 8th SEPTEMBER!!! Oh well, Sky+ to the rescue!

Grats to Randy he never ceases to amaze me! Gonzaga simply didnt know how to handle him, im suprised that he didnt watch the Tim Silvia fight and realise Randy knows how to handle people much bigger than him!
 
Kos is a tool without a doubt. Awesome wrestler of course, but a total tool.

Oh man when Babalu was done with that Heath guy it looked like a muder scene. Honestly i'm not so sure why they're making such a major deal out of what happened, that kind of thing happens a lot, with little or no repercussions, I guess he's going to be the guy that gets an example made out of him.

Royce Gracie for example did it a lot. Not to that degree, but still. Gomi & Kid more recently did much worse and nobody said anything.

IMO it is very wrong though. Apparently there was a reason behind it, doesn't excuse it of course. I suppose he now goes to EliteXC or K-1 heroes or maybe even Cage Rage.

It was a lot more "anything goes" in Gracie's time, althought more recently, the rear naked choke that BJ Penn did on Jens Pulver seemed to be a little delayed in release imo.

Yeah I was going to mention that, but tbh being choked out isn't really that bad compared to someone bashing your head in while your ko'd.
