Nothing tonight, I'm off the booze for a month as an experiment/money saving/seeing if I can still have fun/detox type thing.

If anyone has any good cocktails to mention that feature Cointreau, be sure to give them a mention.

I like Cointreau; try a mix of Bourbon, Cointreau, Ice and Schweppes Bitter Lemon (or similar).

A friend of mine swears by BBC's, which is 1pt Brandy, 1pt Benedictine, 1pt Cointreau. Not tried it myself mind.

Its a Mexican drink there for you should follow the Mexican traditions, its to stop flys going in your bottle and flys apparently don't like citrus!

I drink this quite a bit, usually get lime with it. Someone recently told me it was originally done to prevent flies from going near drinks when Mexicans supped their booze. No idea how accurate that is.
