Battlefield 2 Deluxe Edition. - Can't patch.

I am trying to patch my newly installed BF2 deluxe (with Special Forces included) and every time I try to run my 1.41 patch, it tells me it cannot find the BF2 install!
Any ideas?

Not so with the delux edition, it forces you to install SF if you want it or not, prior to you getting any chance of applying a patch.
The problems deepened, I've removed BF2 & tried to re-install, now it simply won't install.
I get the option to install from autoplay, and then my pc simply returns to desktop and no install commences!
Grrr!
