Bottle Rocket by the Go! Team... I don't know how to dance to anything but metal, but I still can't resist this.
Our big number used to be Resurrection by Fear Factory... One to tone the neck muscles to, it goes on forever with some brutal time changes (plus it has some nice quieter moments in which you can get your breath back, look at each other and go whoooo! A test of skill and stamina
Also, New Noise by Refused- hard to dance to but you can bust some moves, not to mention laugh at people messing up the time changes and big hits.

Pretty much any trance song from an ASOT or ISOS or Anjunabeats compilation. In fact, pretty much ANY trance song full stop.
Bar that, any of the dancey songs from the charts for the past several years. There's not really much I won't move to, perhaps Drum 'N' Bass but I don't dislike the genre, it's just more of a McDonalds drivethru Saxo vs Clio genre
