As goverened by what? Would it be immature for me to say something like: I hope another bunch of yobs smash up something belonging to them?

Is the very concept of revenge immature then?

Well, depends. Revenge as a concept isn't really the most mature of things, no. But destroying something of theirs would be fair. Tit for tat.

Have you ever had experience of cancer? Do you know anyone who's died from it?

It's a horrible horrible evil thing to have happen to you or someone you know. Wishing it (as well as any other type of death really) on someone for jumping on a car and causing maybe a couple of grands worth of damage is immature in the extreme.

Yes and I'd rather not go into it. It may be immature but quite honestly I'd rather they got it than someone who doesn't deserve it and it seems these days it's always the innocent ones with the health problems.

I saw someone doing that to my car. I'd break them in half.

I saw someone doing that to a lotus elise i owned...."chainsaw" is the only word which comes to mind.

These ****ers deserve to have the actual **** beaten out of them. Stupid worthless *****ds. I sincerely hope people find them and give them the beating of their life.

And also i hope the Sun do what they do best and trash these ****s reputation and name and shame them.

I hate to be ignorant here, but would jumping on it like they were have completely ****** the roof up and be insanely pricey to repair?

If so I wanna break their legs

Immature? Only as far as your concerned. If the people involved died for whatever reason, I would smile to myself. I don't like people like that walking the same streets I do and breathing the same air I do, it's that simple. They are scum, period.

Now please don't label people childish and immature until you have been involved in such an incident and know what it feels like.

Have you ever been in such an incident??, if so then apologies but divine has a point...asking them to get cancer and die isnt exactly very mature of you is it??. Yes its sickening what these idiots have done but hopefully *** police will take action against them...if not then a bit of vigilante justice wouldnt go astray.

They are scum indeed but wishing them to get cancer and die is just not on. I wouldnt wish that on my worst enemy, i understand that your outraged but theres no need to come out with comments like that.

I've just bought my little 182, and my flat is on the route home from the pub for a few people. Although it is parked just off the road, my heart is in my mouth everytime i hear the drunks stumbling home passed it. I can just imagine how upset i'd be if it got trashed in a similar manner. I feel very sorry for the owner of the Elise :(

Its not obvious from the video what actual damage they've caused, but its entirely possible due to the construction of the elise that if they've cracked the front and rear clams by jumping on it, that the car could be written off in an extreme example

Yup, both clams will be ruined - £3000-4000 each. Roof and roof mounts - getting towards £1500. Windscreen and windscreen surround structure - getting towards £1000. Engine boot lid will no doubt be ruined - £800.

Major major major damage has been done to the car and I would be surprised if it isn't written off by the owner's insurer.

Side windows are probably cracked as well and in turn probably the window winder mechanism which is very fiddly and expensive to replace on an Elise. Looks like the guy the other side of the car was kicking the door as well, so possibly a replacement door needed.

It's the general attitude these people have that it's perfectly OK to go around behaving like this and that they can get away with it over and above the act itself, I would wager, that causes such a response. And i'd agree with it. Although stopping to think about it, cancer is too slow, so let's cut to the chase and just wish their rapid expiration.
