Unlockable as in you could put your own sim into it, and hence use it over here. Also use it on whatever network you like, as only one network is going to have it over here.

Theres a place near Leicester Square that sells it iirc.
Wouldnt i have to buy into the contract over there though? Or can you buy them sim free for AT&T usage over there?
