When the 360 first came out if you saw a game for £35 then it was cheap, now games can be had for as little as a tenner.
I've found that I'm now more inclined to wait for a game to hit the £20>£25 mark before going for it, I've also started buying up games when I see them cheap even when I know I'm not going to get round to playing them for some time.
Without meaning to I've also ended up making a profit on a couple of games. GOW for example which I picked up for £17.99 I just sold for £23 inc. p&p
The only downside I've found is online play. If your 6 months behind the times the people that are still playing the game online are the real hardcore. All the casual gamers seem to have moved on which makes it difficut ofr me to get into them online sometimes. For the amount of time I spend playing online and the types of game that I play online (Flatout etc.) this isn't a huge problem.
Just wondering how many of you do the same or is it still a case of getting things the day they are released?
