What card would you buy?

What would be the best card I could get for my PC bearing in mind the relatively low psu and other specs...

C2D E6300
2GB mem (667mhz)
380W Seasonic S12(25A on 12v)
Running vista ultimate (64bit)

I would like a DX10 card but I wouldn't be fussed if thats not suitable for my current spec. I was hoping the 8800GTS 320mb would run although this may be pushing it on my power supply which then leaves me with the 1950 PRO.

Any other suggestions or comments?

Thought about it but I dont want the expense of a new PSU. I've bought a PS3 for most of my gaming requirements hence I dont want to spend a lot but I still need something sufficient to run a few fps @ 1280x1024
