does any one no if can use pci Graphics Card

remove the PCI-E card and use the PCI card alone, should stop it trying to boot from the PCI-E card.

No beeps sounds like a short to me... lost screw down the back of the motherboard, misplaced backing plate on a tower hsf, jam in the psu?

speaking off screw there is one whats nearly touch the case plate but that would,nt do nothing would it because nothing would work every think lights up and all fans work and dont get any flash red lights on the motherboard at the bottom?

Depends which circuit is shorting.

Ok, seeing as how you're getting a beep when you take the memory out, I'd remove everything from the case and connect only the essentials to the motherboard.

Set it up on your worktop and see if it POSTs. I'm talking PSU, mobo, CPU, RAM and GFX only.

edit... beaten :(

Yep it will be safe (make sure its not sitting on a metal table though :p) you will need to short the power button pins to turn the board on, they don't need to be shorted all the time - or, will your power button cables reach outside the case.
