canon 70-200 barrel colour?

Hey,

Quick question.. I,ve seen pictures of this lens with different barrel colours... some white, others beige.

Do they differ from country of purchase? just curios..

I've only seen white ones...........was it a really old version?

They're all a certain shade of off white, different white balance settings may make them appears to be different shades.

Canon did make a 80-200mm lens a while ago that was black.

Thanks for the replies guys. Nope, not an old one, i was wondering as the new one I've just bought is more beige than white.

But many pics I'd seen were white, just got me wondering, but as mentioned, just colour balance..

Mines more beige than white tbh, depends what light you look at it in though.

It's the strap that comes with the 30D.

I had the same problem, and I really really recommend a Op-tech pro strap, very very comfy

Either that or one of the POTN straps.
