Is this power supply ok for 2900xt ?

Hello sorry to be a pain but i am after a new power supply, one that will allow me to overclock my 2900xt.
I have only got £80 max to spend and i have fount this (link below) for £56 and was wondering if it will be ok and allow me to overclock my 2900.
I have noticed it has got an 8 pin pci-e cable so it should let me use overdrive in ccc, but i am a bit worried as its only a 500w supply.

If not what do you recommend that is in my price range.
