Yeah, Putin certainly is playing a funny game at the moment. I hope he doesn't get too ambitious or power hungry.:(

They did it a few weeks ago when anti missile equipment was put in Eastern Europe i do believe. Russians had a little cry over it.

Indeed, just sabre-rattling from the Russkies - there's no way they are looking to start a fight but just pushing the boundaries a bit.

It's all a little bit exciting thought isn't it :)

OT - can you get a Tu-95 model for FSX? That would be cool :p
 
I found it quite exciting too, lol. Maybe were just weird though.

I live in the best place though if anything were to happen on the eastern coast, i live as far west as possible !
 
In the next 100 years I rekon that The Middle East will finally join forces and rise up against America, China will become the next economic if not military super power shifting the pressure on Russain borders, Russia will be forced into securing its reserves of oil forcing Europe to secure its own borders against the rising Red Army, defenses will go up across the planet and the world will descend into a recession so great the popluation will not recover from it even if they manage to survive the pending environmental disaster.

Mark my words, it will all end in tears.

or you could not worry cos it aint cos this country always loved a good scrap and we aint had too many second places when it comes to fighting for our way of life.
 
I think that Russia think that with its new found wealth of Oil and Gas, not just in the north pole, its now untouchable, and has the potential economic strength to start to flex its muscles...
