Spaghetti Bolognese. Don't forget the parmesan.

Rick Stein's vindaloo curry base is very good but I strongly recommend using nowhere near that much chilli unless you like PAIN![]()

Use about 1 level teaspoon of chilli powder or 1 fresh red chilli instead and it'll be edible![]()
But, but, but,1 teaspoon of chilli powder or 1 chilli for a whole jar of paste? Pfffffftt....wimp![]()
