England v Israel and Russia **Spoilers**

That's what I'm saying, he was dropped but McClaren said he was injured because he didn't have the bottle to admit he dropped him in case it backfired.
Lamps himself said he thought he was fit to play:)

I know but lets be honest there are very few managers that would have been honest and said he was dropped.

Like ive said i don't like McClaren but i don't agree with him being called a bottler, surely he's shown he's not with the decisions he's made regarding Beckham (both dropping him then bringing him back) and more recently picking Heskey has caused him to get plently of stick.

Not Rafa i would guess.

From the sound of it he's been training without a painkiller and is likely to play without one so all in all its the best possible scenario (unless he gets a kick on it either tomorrow or Wednesday).

So if I've got all the injuries right the line-up is likely to be:

Robinson
Richards
Terry
Rio
A. Cole
SWP
Hargreaves (Barry?)
Gerrard
J. Cole
Heskey
Owen

It's only 2/3 players short of our best side really and should be enough to see off Israel at least.

but then Carrick would have to play and we all don't want that to happen :p

At least he trys when he puts on an England shirt

Much more so than "BooHoo i cant play with fat man"

Two "world class" midfielders that cant play with eachother :/

i dont want "RIO HOOF THE BALL AS FAR AS I CAN" to play, he always does this and it ****** me off tbh

Hes about the only English defender that has the confidence to bring the ball out of defence

Yep he can and DOES for manyoo , but when was the last time he did it for ENGLAND! and to be fair to terry he's more then capable of carrying ball out of defence as is ricard (how ever you spell his name :p)

Either england team is made up of players who perform for club but not country there must be a underlying reason for this .......... Mclown cough cough

I was talking about at Utd, i can't recall seeing him take the ball past the midfield and really create attack like Agger has been doing for us.

Theres no need for him to do it like Agger does, we have a decent midfield for him to give the ball to ;)

There was also last season where he stormed into the box and volleyed home :p

lol but seriously Andy Gray made a good point last season when Carvalho took the ball out from the back, played a 1-2 then scored and said that was the sort of thing Ferdinand should be doing more of.
