Hi there, I have the evga 680i motherboard.
However, I plugged my Diamondback into the USB slot in the back of the case along with my Logitech wireless keyboard. The Diamondback is lighting blue but not moving the pointer on the screen when I try to move the mouse, the keyboard also lights up, so not a power issue. When I plug the Diamonback and Logitech into the side USB ports they work fine. Can anyone enlighten me to what the problem could be?
Many thanks.

Do other USB devices work correctly in the rear USB ports?

Well I know of two so far that are not working correctly as I had my Logitech keyboard plugged into a USB in the back aswell as my Diamondback. Any ideas? Both lightup so its deffo not a power issue.
Thanks.

are these the onboard USB ports, or the case USB ports?
If they're the case ones, it just sounds like they aren't connected correctly.

Take a look, and compare the pin layout to that in your mobo manual :)

They are onboard.

I got the Diamonback working. Just a case of plugging it in the rear USB port, brining up custom Windows update and installing the update from there. It works fine, just need to do the same for my keyboard.

Thanks!
