According to the FIA? Yes. According to the public? No - at least not until we have seen the 'evidence'. Do you know how many Ferrari top brass are on the FIA board? No. That would be McLaren.
Ferrari should have got more punishment for that, but if this is true,
For those saying the drivers should be out, why should there drivers be punished, the car did not benefit.
The flexible floor was also an illegal feature of the F2007 car was it not?
Why?
FERRARI![]()
Which could simply be spying, which doesn't affect the car. But does come with sever punishment. Until we see the evidence. Then it's hard to say. i don't agree with *** all or nothing.Nevertheless McLaren have been docked all their constructors points, so one can only assume they did something detrimental to the sport in the eyes of the FIA.

It is known Ferrari cheated, so in that case, they should be chucked out drivers and all?

I think, by this statement, Ferrari need to provide McLaren a dossier of information relating to their 2008 car so that they don't copy it..
As you say, it's a ******* joke of a stipulation. the FIA and Max Mosely have just showed themselves to be the bias manipulative bunch of retards that they are.
If you look back at all of the spying cases in recent memory most, if not all, the wronged party is Ferrari - that alone I find interesting. Also all of the decisions reguarding tyres wnet for Ferrari, from changing the specifications when Michelin had the upper hand to going to a sole tyre supplier - that just happened to be Bridgestone when the split was something like 8teams - 2 on Michelins. All of that, I feel, was concocted to purposefully Ferrari a supposed advantage, as the other teams only on this tyre for the first year, and then Ferrari would have had an easy run of it. Come Australia this didn't happen and all of this spy stuff started to develope - Coincidences or something more sinister?
That's why there was such a huge revamp in 2005 ? Cause it seemed to be intended to create more competition and stop Ferrari from winning in 2005 again.
The whole thing is a joke: Either a complete ban of the team or nothing.
The move over to a sole tyre supplier was supposed to happen in '08, but after the FIA basically told Micheln, and Michelin are in it for the sport, they decided to pull out one year early - doing just enough to win the Championships on their last year. Hence the tyre rules were brought forward a year.
As it stand I don't think the FIA have proved anything apart from their Bias against any other team Except Ferrari. Last year it was Renault, year before it was Michelin(in a bid to slow all the Michelin shod cars down) - always to the benefit of Ferrari - funny that.
