Log book

How long does it take to get a log book back. Not getting my 330 this weekend because the logbook has been sent off as it was on a private plate

so they cannot tax it. I phoned the DVLA today but they would not tell me anything because as of yet I am not the registered keeper!

I've been through a few cars in the last couple of years.
Fastest received was 4 days, longest was three weeks.

The number plate issue might mean it takes longer than a change on owner unfortunately.

Ive had it take up to around 5 weeks. Currently got a couple im waiting on, which have been 2 weeks so far

Its got the private plate number according to the dealers, cannot tax the car until it is changed back to the original plate no#

Just going to leave the dealers sort it out just a pain in the a$$ as I am so close to getting back to a petrol engine again. Diesel sucks, I could never even if it was quicker live with one over a petrol variant.
