Really, whats the point in double-de-clutching? I'd rather just crack it down a gear and scream past.

No, heal n' toe relys on the gearbox to speed up its own internals, you're speeding up the engine, which is seperated from the main shaft at that point.

But it's still completely pointless in a modern synchro gearbox. Unless your synchros are worn, there is simply no need to double de-clutch.

Double de-clutch is a waste of time, period. As for LFB, people use it for different things. Myself, I use it to scrub of speed while trying not to unsettle the car, other times I don't bother as unsettling the rear end is exactly what I'm trying to do.

Double clutch is a whaste of time, its was what bork rings were invented for so what the hell is the point in not using them?
