Delivery times?

Does anyone know what the latest time CityLink will turn up on their next day delivery service is? My new kit was supposed to arrive today but hasn't shown yet :( and I don't want to wait in forever.
 
They quote between 8 and 5.30. I've been told if it doesn't turn up in the next 15 minutes I'll have to wait until tomorrow. Given that it's supposed to be Next Day delivery does this mean I can get my money back.

have you got a delivery shipped email from overclockers?
 
Oh, yes, and a tracking number and I've spoken to CityLink who accepted they haven't delivered today as they should.
 
Its Alright for some! I've been waiting for my delivery since saturday! Useless really. Remember the stuff i was going to order Yewen? It still isn't here :|
 
I've put in a complaint to OverClockers. There's a fairly good chance I won't order from them again if they carry on using CityLink for their deliveries. Which would be shame, 'cos they're a good company otherwise.
 
Theres another thread further down too, where another chap didn't recieve his delivery. This is getting really poor.

If you do not receive your goods next day pop a call to OcUK (0870 443 0880) and explain that your goods did not turn up on the right day after posting and then a claim can be made.

If it turns out City Link were in error and didnt honour their contract at the end of the claim wolla, a shipping refund. :D

Just takes a wee while for the claim to be done as the circumstances need to be investigated but if they did not attempt a delivery it is usually possible to get a successful claim.

Shame then OCUK didn't right the full adress on my passel so i never got mine today :(

Good luck trying to send a complaint through. Im on my third attempt of trying to get my order complaint going through and i keep getting emails saying it failed.

Well my parcel was meant to be here tuesday just gone. I just phoned city link and they said that i can have it delivered tomorrow if i pay the extra :mad:

I phoned ocuk and they said there's nothing they can do, and i'll have to wait till monday until it gets delivered. That's more than a week after i ordered. Next day my arse! :mad:
 
I have rung CityLink, they said OCUK didn't even give them the right address. And ocuk is going to be closed. I didn't expect that OCUK's emailing service wouldn't work either. I gues it would be to much to expect for it to work.

Well ive sent them a new one through the web note service instead as the order enquiry one doesn't work.
