Can you remember the name of a career book?

There was a book that gets updated each year, it has a huge list of careers and what you need to do to get into the career.

I forgot the name, anyone know it?

Not actually looking for one like that it was this book, absolutly huge it was and gets updated yearly. Began with an O or E, I think..

I know the one you mean, I can't remember the name, but I'm sure everything that is in that book is know on that website.
