oooo raaahhhh!
bought myself a 7' standard bar to go with it for now rather than buying a whole olympic set.
its gonna rock!

£300, god damn lol. It's pretty cool but so much cheaper going to the gym.
Hmmm pretty interested in something like this, ive got a bench with the leg attachments...its a York one and its pretty good but i need something that going to work my back as well. At the moment the bench i have doesnt allow me to work my back muscles. I have an 80kg weight set, dumbells and bench press bar.
So mnight look at investing in something like this...might go the multi gym route as i now have the room in my garage to get a proper setup...at the moment just havent the time to go gym.
Nice, how much that set you back mate??...got a link to the actual setup??
if you want my advice m8, speaking as someone who has done it all totally the wrong way (organizationally) up till now.
Save and buy big. That is to say, get something like the above, a GOOD olympic width bench system. Get 200kilos of olympic weights with a 7' olympic bar and olympic DB's and, if you really want it "all-at-home" get the Lat-tower addon for the bench above (extra 300).
all in that would be about 800 great british pounds give or take, but by christ that would be a good setup, and stuff like this holds its value.
Very nice! Bench and power rack in one, definitely a good investment.
Been thinking of getting myself a bench for home for a while now as i work out alone every second week at the gym (shifts) so may as well do that week at home. I already have a stack of weights, chin bar and home made squat rack.
Ultra_Extreme, didn't you have the York B540 before? Was that any good?
Am looking at this particular leverage system: http://www.fitness-superstore.co.uk..._workbench_leverage_system_yellow/3437_p.html
yeah m8 it was good but but just didnt have the range of incline/decline options, Plus you couldnt move the bench independent of the rack itself so not good for flyes etc Also wasnt a full size rack is only a bit wider than the cheapie benches
Funny thing is in all cutlers DVD's its clear he uses normal freeweights at the gym not ...powertec! lol
The leverage stuff looks cool, i like the look of the arm curl attachment. but tbh that multi-system is overkill and at the end of the day machine work is for fools, you synergistic muscles will be weak as hell while your major muscle get stron, recipie for disaster
Hmmm yeh i figured cutler uses free weights as it is...cant see the levergae machine giving him the definition that he has.
Personally if i do end up buying one, ill be using it inconjunction with my free weights as well. But really i need a setup which works my back muscles as at the moment im not actually working them at all....doing arms, legs, chest and shoulders is all good but i need to work on my back and lower back regions as well. Still contemplating on it so havent decided for sure what im going to do exactly.
I take it they add Cutler everwhere on the site + on equipment, pics etc to give people the image as if to say "buy this and you can look like this!"
