Leave the error up, go make a cup of tea or something. It will go away, just leave it there. Last time it happened to me I think it took about 10 minutes then it jsut vanished and was fine after that.

been trying to join the server your in Doug but always says its full and now i am getting that stupid downlaoding screen
I had that bloody screen for ages. I even managed to join Squig's game and got in and started to play but when I went to switch class it came up again

this game is soooo good,cant wait for full version.pitcl i joined that match you was on after like 20 attempts lol.Someone sent me a msg saying "oneshot more like 10 shots" and a few sweary's lol.I think it was because they got owned

The maps are fantastic and a lot of fun to play. There is a good mix of open ranged combat and close up action available on all three maps. Overgrown is probably my current favourite. Trying to get used to using the M21 and holding my breath is a chore though. I end up holding my breath and putting slightly too much pressure on the stick so I'm moving at the same time, thus missing my target.

One thing I think they should change are some of the sniper rifles. Some are far too powerful and remind me of the AWP's on CSS.
I really do like this game a lot. I wasn't even considering it as a purchase before now.
My only gripe with the game so far (and I don't think I can do anything about it in the options) is having to click the left stick to sprint. After a couple of rounds it really starts to hurt your thumb. If they can change that in the options I'll be very happy. Do you think Infinity Ward would take it seriously if they were asked to add the option to change it??

i think there should be ammo crates in diffrent places on the maps so you can refill ammo.
A few people are having that error, you just have to go to market place, download history, redownload the COD4 beta, it'll take about 5 seconds, since it doesn't actually redownload anything, problem solved.
Just grab a discarded weapon surely?

yea but i dont like dropping my tiger camo m21 with the m21 my bullets seem to just dissapear.It's prob just the way i snipe by not picking my shot i just pepper them lol
