It's out on Monday in the US (PST i think), so that means if it is released there it is like what? 8 hours behind us?
I took this in to account with the Community Event which actually starts tomorrow night, but if people are up to get it tonight, then pop in anyway and hang around in the chat room even whilst you are playing. Hopefully others will come in a join you.

If they release it 1pm local time then we won't get it until 9pm!
They had said that they were gonna release it late in the day. I hope no later than 2 though or i'll have to wait until tomoz..... grrrrr. Oh well, i have the week off work now anyhow so it doesn't matter to me

I think the man has it right; seems they love the give to us at middnight routine
Does make me wonder what they use the final few hours for tho. I doubt they are making last minute changes to the source code and recompiling the game or anything :/

The preload is weird - mine chugs along at 3-4kbps then will have a half hour burst of 300kbps.
I had the same until i deleted ClientRegistry.blob and restarted steam. The dl resumed at 1.1mb ..
