Medics meter needs to be fully charged for 10 seconds of uber pwnage

Had a lot of fun last night, had a lot of fun with all the classes but the spy rocks, must have backstabbed everyone a couple of times. It's also great winding up your own teamates by trying to run behind them and seeing as they to run backwards shooting

Aye some very subtle touches in TF2

Btw Press 'G' with any class - Pretty funny

'x' and 'c' voice commands are fun too

oh and voice chat is 'v' if some people dont know

i think they want to know how to rotate the turrets after being placed? In FF you can tell the turret where to point after it's built.

ahh right , like the old ish TFC way (not FF they just copied) don't think you can as of yet , never know .. tis only beta after all

I really liked last nights game, was awsome, I was doing crap on the second map tho, mainly because I suck with no medics near me haha, still surprised with how well I did tho, I should try the other characters, I like the team work with the medics aswell, really a good game and looking forward to getting home to play some more

Finger starts to hurt after a while with the medic.. i must have spent a good hour with the left button held down..

Yeh it has to be full. It fills up quickest when you heal people with less health and when it's full, right click to become invulnerable (and make your target invulnerable when you are using the medgun

My question:
What happens when you disguise as someone on your own team? Do you disguise as a spy disguised as an enemy or what? :confused:

Whats the benefit of been a medic, it seems abit boring :confused:

I tried discuising myself with the spy as an enemy but I still got killed by em.

you get points every time someone you're healing kills.. you can follow people around and support them.. at times your target is pretty much indestructible (other than the ubercharge) when you have a good partnership going on. It's rewarding and an FPS doesn't have to be about shooting people yourself.

When you go in disguise , it takes a name from the opposite team. Your team know your a spy as you run about looking like a spy with mask on, but to the opposite team , your whatever you have chosen to disguise as (medic, engineer etc) but don't act too obvious

What Zogger said. Being a medic lets you share the kills of the people you are healing, and like last night, I formed a few partnerships with heavyweapon guys, keeping them topped up dodging people trying to take me out (spies are a pain in the arse). It makes a change to have such support roles in a FPS.
