1450 marks in 3dmark 06 is that right p4

I'm not sure if that ecs-661 support dual channel memory or not... but as you have 1.5gig of RAM I'm assuming its not in dual channel mode even if supported... on a Pentium 4 that will make quite a difference and considerably hinder your scores in 3D Marks 06 if its not enabled...

3dmark06 is pointless on the X8 series from ATI due to their lack of SM3 (ie they don't get scored on two of the game tests and hence get a lower overall score).

The cpu also won't help as its only a single core model. 06 Loves multi core cpus so you will always get a higher score with a dual core cpu than a single core at the same clock speed.

If the X800's had SM3.0 it would be getting around 4000 on my rig then , since the SM3.0 score is around the same as the SM2.0 all the time, damn those X800's could get a 3dmark score compared to some modern graphics cards.

The x850 XT PE might get close to 4000, but most x800 (depending on the model) would only get on average around 2700 theoretical if they had SM3.0 support.

My X800XTPE got around 2300 with an AMD Athlon 64 3700+, so that means if it has SM3.0 it would onnly have an SM3.0 socre of about 400?, the X850XT PE was not much more powerfull than the X800XTPE, just slightly higher clocks.
