God to be sued in America!

No you don't have to swear on the bible if you're not christian. Aetheists just have a "solemn oath" kinda thing, islams can swear on the koran, etc.
 
Its not a real religion anyway ;)

If they lie in court they go to prison where they'll get heavily satanised ;)

That is the default, but you are asked beforehand if you want to make an alternative oath. Atheists essentially make an oath on their own honour. "I solemnly swear and affirm", etc, if I recall correctly. There is a fixed wording - you are provided with the words.

I'm not sure, but I think that suitable holy materials can be provided for any religious people.

Of course, theists can also chose to swear the approved areligious oath if they wish, for any reason they please.
 
We all know what parts of the usa are like, and i think some one will come forward To represent God.

As a friend relied to me, if this gets as far as a ruling, where on Earth will we find a jury of gods 'peers' to try him!
