Only posted about eight times on there but have followed hatton for years since awhile before he beat kostya tszyu and the two main reasons why i have always liked hatton as a boxer is his aggresive pressure style and the fact he is such a down to earth guy.

If i remember right aint you got a piccie with rick in your avatar on there in some what looks like a pub or bar!.

To sum up what kind of a guy rick is and seems i have put a little sig on the bottom of my hatton forum post profile which is.

"Ricky's a down to earth guy like me and you and come that night dec8th, we will all be walking into that ring with him. Comon ricky!!.".

Im sure i also read that gibbo who is one of the admins on there said he will make a topic up close to the fight to let forum posters wish ricky well which he said he would print off and show to rick sometime before the fight!.

Loads of accounts on the official hatton forums from peeps who went there today to the indoor/outdoor presser and gave mayweather and his entourage an ear bashing lol.

well i just woke up with a horrendous hangover after going to the presser in manchester yesterday and an allday drinking session

i can honestly say it was the best experiance ive ever had

maywether got destroyed by the crowd, i think he was scared to come out and face us

absolutely priceless, great support from the fans rick was well and truely blown away

If you watch mayweathers first 3 rounds against lovemore ndou he got beat with aggression exactly like hatton fights. Unfortunately for Ndou he ran out of gas and got beat easily after that.

Heres hoping hatton can pressure all 12 rounds cause hes going to get hit a lot in this one

To beat Mayweather you need a high workrate and be very economical. Calzaghe and Taylor are similar too. Can't be stopped, outboxed or dominated but can be outscored. It just takes a hell of a job to do it. Hatton needs to take a round by round approach to bagging the scores. I'd love to see Hatton catch Mayweather hard in the ribs and stop him but Mayweather isn't going to let that happen.

It's going to be a great fight, will depend on the ref as to which style prevails and will come down to who wants it most. UD either way although I have predicted a close Hatton win. I can't see Mayweather shutting Hatton out as he's a fairly slow starter and Hatton will just be too busy for him early on.
