The Console GPU's were Hybrids of PC ones, just ahead of the PC ones at time (PC had 7800's from Nvidia) so it was some kinda early 7900 in the PS3, still DX9C and not sure on the 360 and I dont know all the ATI models but it will be some R600 or R700 chip I guess, still DX9C AFAIK.
As Bioshock has some basic DX10 effects not a full DX10 game, I can only think ATI will run pure DX10 games like Crysis pretty badly esp if any AA enabled.
