GOW Co-op achievements

After a long period away from these forums and my Xbox360 I finally got around to reactivating live (funny how Halo 3 comes out the same week :-)

)

I am trying to get the co-op achievements in GOW, does anyone know of a method of playing as Dom even if there is no second player available? Also if i play through co-op on insane difficulty will I get the completed chapter x on insane achievements and will the person I am playing with get the achievment also?

i dont know about the dom bit but yes you can get the achivements for completing chapters and that playing co-op.

Sweet, I didnt fancy fighting General Raam on Insane alone so thought would get someone to help me do it in co-op. Hopefully I can find a way of playing as Dom instead of Marcus, kill two birds with one stone.

Dom thing, I dont think there is anyway to do it, other things yep, if you play through on insane it will unlock the chapters, bosses and difficulty achievements.

Playing on insane doesnt unlock the boss achievements because you have to defeat the bosses on hardcore, unless they've changed it in an update because I did casual on my own then insane on my own and never got the boss ones until I did hardcore.

Oops yea thats right, I always get confused about which way round the difficulty settings are.
