OCUK advertising 2900 Pro in stock

+12v1 - 18A
+12v2 - 17A
-12v - 0.3A

no idea what these mean. it's a HEC power supply whoever they may be. i unwittingly bought this machine from Mesh a while ago and have been steadily replacing parts!!

perhaps PSU may be next on the list...more money!!

Your PSU is fine, easily enough there on the 12v rails.

You won't be missing much as ATI performance is pretty shocking (boom boom tsssssh!) in Bioshock DX10 - better off sticking with DX9 in this case.

If the Pros can be clocked to XT speeds then it's all about price really. I'd take a Pro over a GTS anyday

So these are defintely not underclocked XT's to clear failing Sales of the XT due to the 8800's dominance in the GFX sector?

i world take a ati cards over a NVIDIA any day lol... people can say im a fanboy. i don't mind... i just feel ati as better cards n better drivers, but thats just me..

theses are just filling in the price gap till november because ati is bringing out another card around the same price i guess

I'm a little confused. I think they are underclocked XT's because they are nearly identical, just have different clocks. I'd say they are filling the gaps, to compete more with the GTS.
