Clive Barker's Jericho demo arriving this week

Good demo. Graphics are amazing on full on my setup. The smoothing thing isn't so bad for me. You can notice it running at around 30fps all the time, but its still playable. Will try forcing AA through Control Panel next time.

This game looks like it suffers from the same problems as doom 3 ...too dark, linear, poor AI and general lack of originality. But I haven’t played the demo so I’m basing my opinion on the trailers I have seen.

cheers. must've bugged out on me then, as I killed all the evil dudes and just ran around hitting random keys trying to trigger what ever it was that was obviously meant to happen. Couldn't get out of that room at all.

Worth me giving it another go?

Yeah its fairly straight forward, give it another blast. I'm getting this game after playing the demo, its real good. Tried forcing AA in the CCC and it does indeed work, and performance was as good with no AA on.

Agreed it seemed way too dark. Which is a shame as it hides a lot of the detail that's gone in to it. I won't be purchasing this but looks like a nice game all the same.

They wont spawn unless you hit Q to use your flame thingy.

Has to be said, this game really shows the bad points of my Samsung 225BW, banding all over the show

well quite enjoyed that definetly a good game nice graphics ,how you set mouse sensivity though to sensitive .got to put on full brightness to see but can see a lot of though gone into game once you learn controls.

Anybody else notice the unasked for software updates program that was installed along with the demo? Not listed in add/remove programs either... grrrrrrr...

Runs at 59fps on full detail @ 1280*1024, 4x Smoothing/AA, try turning off vsync.

It looks good, but I'd much prefer if the ninja woman was the only one to use throughout the game, I don't much like teamplay games.
