What game to buy today?

Recommend me a game. I prefer FPS and RTS. Must be multiplayer as the only single player game ive completed is fable.

not nessecarily. Dont think Ive ever played a single player multiplayer before

Go buy a bunch of 1999 year games for a few quid each there was loads of good games that year. As long as you dont mind gfx a bit less than what ** used to, gameplay and quality of the games made then were awsome.

Call of duty 2 is still popular online. Very good cpature the flag mode.

I normally hate RTS games but company of heroes really drew me in, i am pretty sure theres a demo so its well worth giving it a go

i would have said airborne... but its pants mp at the moment with no dedicated servers.

Ive just bought my machine so would prefer something with decent graphics, but thanks

Get some mods for bf2 and try it, eg. project reality.

CoH is a great RTS game, as for an FPS game errrrrrrr, perhaps unreal tourney 2004 ( or wait for UT3) ?

Or if youre looking for an older rts experience, Warcraft 3 and the expansion Warcraft 3: Frozen Throne can be picked up pretty cheaply these days.

I know what your saying but to be fair its really well done, and it just works with the style of game. I am a true fan boy of the original TFC but this game just sits really well with me.

I'll have to have a look then, as I enjoyed the original TFC was just put off by the serious sam style.

Is it available in shops or just with the orange box?
