Bugatti Veyron with no. plate B1

It was parked in my office carpark earlier this year (Heywood, Lancs). I was off sick at the time but a colleague got a few pictures. He sent me one from the front, but when I went back to work and saw it from the rear I thought "ohhh, nice plate".

I posted a picture in the daily encounters thread.
 
My mate saw this driving up Pendle Hill. Was giving it enough stick. Waste. Pendle roads are good!
 
Prefer to pay the cool £1M for the unpainted version cant belive an extra £200K for no paint :) ah well if me wins the lottery tonight will have to stick me name down for one.. Credit where its due company make a major loss evertime one drives out the door. Read it was something like £5m to build every car
 
Saw a couple of pics of the B1 plate Veyron around. Apparently the guy who owns it has a number of nice plates on cars bought as investments. Thats what Ive read though, nothing concrete.

Is there any proof that Tim Cahil owns a Veyron? I heard this months back but not actually saw a pic of him in it or anything really promissing saying that the Veyron is his.
