You built yourself up to only like it 2nd best. You had no open mind to it being better than PES in anyway, that's my point. Whether you did or did not spend money on it is not the case, it's the manner in which you were so negative towards it prior to release that you were never gonna like it that much when it was released.

Gah, playing in manager mode, first game and the disc becomes unreadble

Sound keeps going on and off so the disc obviously isn't spinning properly.

Just played my first online game and I was amazed at how lag-less it was. I got beat though, Chelsea beat me 2-0

. Cech made a wonder save from Rooney though.

Could be the game, I had all manners of problems with Tiger Woods, replaced it and it seemed ok.

been playing it today, it is very good, and very realistic, and i am enjoying it but its so frsutrating sometimes. The big thing that annoys me it doesnt matter if your man utd playing accrington, or yeovil playing barcelona, all Ai teams are the same no matter what stats they have.

I decided to go for sunderland on semi pro in manager mode, because i thought man utd might be too easy, but im finding it so hard to score, although i did score one very nice goal.

Hm, that's weird. There was a distinct difference in the quality of the AI between teams when I was playing on semi-pro last night.

I cant believe im this but. I have been looking forward to gettting home from work and playing this. I cant do that untill the little one is in bed and that wont be until 7.30-8.30.

not sure what team to be in manager mode, did a few games as sunderland but i dont like them, then tried it as marseille but dont like them either

, im like this in all football games.

What are you guys doing? Being a top team? Or a crap/lower league team?

I am still finding some things very frustrating in this game. Definate improvement over 07 but I feel that once PES is out then I will not play this much. I don't like the feeling that the shots are so weak most of the time.
