Is anyone else having this recurrant and rather annoying fault with Orange's online account functions?

I can log into my account but whenever I try to do anything except look at last month's bill I get :

"Unfortunately there has been a problem with your request. A fault has been reported.

Please try again later.
Orange home"

It's been like this for well over 2 weeks now. Extremely annoying.

I get this a lot on my account AND emails!. My next PSP (phone service providor) Will NOT be orange. I have reported this many times this was a year ago to now.

See, I like Orange. They've been good to me with deals, upgrades etc - and I have no problems at all with the quality of service in terms of network coverage etc.

My only two gripes with them are this rubbish online accounting (e.g. on o2 I could view my bills almost real-time, alter my account etc etc, all without hitch, mostly) and their frankly abysmal inclusive data tariffs.

Come on Orange - sort your internet services out ffs.

Thing is, although I'm on Dolphin 35, my bill is still around £200 each month because of the amount of international roaming I sadly have to do.

Surely for that much per month I could get a more reliable carrier, still send my 3500 odd texts per month and perhaps have a better online account servicing facility?

For a 200 pound bill you would expect a better service from Orange I would have thought.

Vodafone has been similar. I've only just online billing back after it's been unavailable for about 3 months. During that time if you wanted a bill posted to you, you'd have to pay extra for it.

ill agree with this, half time i just cant be bothered to check the online thing because it never works, and then £100 comes out my bank or whatever.
The cheeky buggers sent me a text today telling me they had overcharged me for texts i had RECEIVED and they would credit me back the money on my next bill, that better mean i get charged and credited on the same bill or ill be very very wee'd off, because im on a student tarrif, so my bank account obviously isnt throbbing with cash to pay for there cockups(for them to gain interest on for a month)

Same here, online account is useless. If you want to complain about it your are told to ring a chargeable number!

Hasn't worked for me for years.

The online system is poor. My biggest bugbear with Orange is that when I renewed my contract, they didn't tell me that my magic number had to be another Orange customer. Obvious in hindsight I know, but they could have said and I couldn't find it on their website.

When I renewed, I had an LG Chocolate, God what an awful phone , poor reception and very quiet. Fortunately (or unfortunately depending upon which way you look at it) I lost it in Manchester last Friday. Since purchased a Nokia 3110 and it's great. £100 well spent if you ask me.

If you're in Manchester and you've got my old phone, good luck ;)
