Halo 3 - Xbox live gamertags

see my sig for mine. everytime i have tried to join an ocuk game it tells me i cant due to matchmaking or something. i guess this is is because i have joined 10 mins after getting the invite and the match having already started?

and i cant simply just try again in a few minutes, as following the "matchmaking" error the original invite disappears from my messages list! :mad:

Unfair when some b****** already grabbed someones OC nick on XBL.
I've used 'Hashcake' online for over 10 years but when I got my Xbox 360 last year, I discovered that the nick had already been taken.

I have some simple rules:

Getting on the list
  • I don't accept friends requests unless I know who you are.
  • Generally you have to have played with me to get on my friends list
  • If you send a FR and then send a message saying who you are and sell yourself to me I might add you.
Once on the list
  • If I cant remember who you are and when I last played with you, you are off my list
  • If you have a silver account your off my list (gord, mcdingle, and some RL friends are excluded from this rule)

You can add something to the Motto to say who you are and where you come from

If you play a few games with me so I recognise your name then you stay on my list. I've only deleted those I don't recognise from ocuk or from playing with them a few times. I also deleted dredd360 though because he's a willy.
