Eh? I know a few people who say this. It might be the best example of how to use a pad in a console FPS, but it's still pants.

Very true. Everyone can run source, that's hardly an issue. Regardless of whether you were making a generalisation about PC gaming is irrelevant, were specifically talking about L4D. Get the superior version, controllers make real gamers sad.

nah, i think because they really worked hard at getting the controller to work for them makes it the only FPS game i would play (i mean, i found it better then a lot of KB+M stuff at the time) it really does work excellently. i'd always elect to play halo (1/2/3) with a controller then a mouse/KB, it just seems more fluid and isn't really a twitch shooter (ie CSS/BF(series) R6:V (to an extent) etc).

plus i really like the xbox controllers, they fit perfectly in my hand (unlike the playstation ones i get cramp with and the wii ones which make me feel like i'm playing with a wireless penis)
 
stubbs the zombie came to mind when i read the title....made me wonder why would someone look forward to this lol.

there again it could be good....seen my nephew playing it a while back and he was having fun... he is about 7
 
as for running fast

if they're resident evil zombies, then running slow is ok.. if they're 28 x later rage zombies then sprint like mad!
