If you actually bothered to read up on Ley lines before posting such nonesense you'd realise that they are actually made up of one giant elastic band holding the world together, if his spade were to go through one of these "lines" there would be an almighty pinging sound, the world would fall apart and to make matters even worse you could take someones eye out.
