Iv got an N95 which has broke, the OS is just so mangled that it keeps opening and closing applications at a million times per second, iv tried a factory re-set, but it is totally knackered.
Because I unlocked it and updated the firmware it has invalidated the warrenty, and tbh i cant be bothered to wait 2 weeks and have it repaired under warrenty.
I do however have gold insurance, if i "lose" the phone, will they require a crime ID? or will i have to "break" the phone and pay £25 returning the handset to O2
