She looks a really cute girl without all that **** in her face and I'd without question "hang out the back of it" if the offer was there.

Hell, if the offer was there I'd hang out the back of it with all her mods, but if we went out anywhere, she'd have to wear the "Barton St Ninja" costume I'm afraid..

Have you considered that she might be a tattooist/peircer, artist, photographer, writer, or pretty much anything else? Not everyone works in an office job you know.
