agh, i really cant decide whether or not to get this on PC or 360, swaying towards 360 as i havent upgraded my PC for 18 months and wouldnt want to be let down by less than average performance...
It's region-free (That's right a EA published game on the 360 is region-free) so can be had for £24 from a site that I'm not allowed to mention.
I'm looking where I think is the right place but can't see anything....
Could be they jumped the gun.If you havent played Half Life 2, then buy this. Simple as that. As you say its not a hugely paced game, and Im assuming youve managed with other FPS games on the 360 so why would this be any different?Never played any of this half life 2 stuff. Only played Counterstrike for about a year casually (around 1.5-1.6). Will I enjoy this? From what I understand it is a bunch of PC mouse and keyboard based games. Will this be any good with a 360/PS3 controller? I know HL2 is not a Q3/UT speed game, but no idea about the other games you get in this bundle.
(I guess I have an extra monthish to decide, as I will prob wait for the PS3 version).

Has it got the full 1000 achievement points for each game i wonder?

They will have to have a good auto-aim on the consoles. I was giving HL2 a whirl yesterday on the PC and picking off the combine from a distance with the pistol was somewhat tricky with the old mouse. Took a bit of pixel perfect precision.
There are some parts of episode 1 I just couldn't imagine working on 360 but we shall see.
