Booked tickets to see this tuesday week of half term in london. Anyone seen it ? Is it as funny as they say ?

Saw it on Broadway, it was brilliant. Had me in stitches throughout and the "serious" (use that term lightly) didn't seem as contrived as you'd find in a lot of musicals. You'll love it.

Best piece of new(ish) writing that I've seen in a while. A world apart the usual manufactured crap you get on broadway / west end these days.

Shame it'll never do as well as other popularist shows.

Wheres the best place to get tickets for Avenue Q? Last minute do them, but theres quite a few booths in London etc. Any suggestions?

excellent show!!! one of the best Ive ever seen...

Admittedly I was paranoid about the puppets etc but boy do not worry, just go and see it and you will see just how fantastic it really is :)

Sadly Im seeking another show I can go and watch which is just as funny but cannot find any?

i dont think there is a best time and best day....its just a cracking show...

so for example imagine something you really enjoy and now imagine someone asking you the best time and day to do it....you couldnt huh, cuz its just so fantastic any time / any day

Yeah I know but with theatre, sometimes you have the main cast and a backup cast, so say Wednesday lunch you're likely to not get the "real" lead performer but a stand-in instead, and some times and days the crowd is smaller which could be both a good or a bad thing...

Saturday night's the most expensive one AFAIK and they actors probably get more 'geared up' to the Saturday performance so it might be a better performance overall, but sat night you're gonna get stuck in huge London crowds...

That's what I meant by best day/time, I know it's the same show whatever time you see it, but there are variables and figured someone might have an opinion on the best time to see it ;)
