How to make a mondeo look .... cool?

A tough order I know.

I was wondering what people's ideas were on how to easily improve the general looks of my mk2 silver ghia x mondy ..... on a student budget :D :p

I'm thinking along the lines of: ST24 bumpers and skirts, ~40mm lowering springs and maybe some tints to round it off. Maybe a lip spoiler too :D. All el cheapo second hand ebay specials obviously :)

It's got the ghia x alloys so the wheels will do for now.

Yes, it's all RSAP stuff (It isnt an ST24 kit, it was available new on more than just the ST24, only it was standard fit on the ST24 so people think its an ST24 kit. Alloys were on the car from new though.

You will need a Zetec-S rear bumper unless you want to move your exhust to the other side of the car, or unless your Mk2 is a 96.

RSAP yes, where did you get it from? Its a v6 (96??) so no exhaust problems AFAIK. That just includes both bumpers, skirts and spoiler, yes? Cheers.

I found a guy who had quite clearly gone insane and wanted to rip all the bodykit off his then 4 year old low mileage ST24 and fit a streetfighter kit. Got the lot for £180, already painted, but I had the front bumper resprayed to remove stone chips.

Front and rear bumper, sideskirts, and spoiler.

ED: If I get some ebay special bumpers in the wrong colour, anyone a rough idea how much it'd cost me to get them resprayed? thx
 
this was what i managed to do with my GhiaX V6 200Bhp Mondeo :D

full RSAP kit, lowered 30mm chassis dynamics springs on st24 shox, black diamond grooved discs allround with predator pads. SVT throttle body and upper inlet manifold, blitz induction filter and unichip remap wit dual maps one for 98 octane and one for 95 with a sensing switch :)

i loved that car but needed more power so traded up to an M3
 
yeah sold it on 15th feb 2005 :(
sold it to marty *meg member and then it was sold onto another meg member
i did try buying it back but its not in the same condition anymore :(
ill post up some pics after i had the naca vent fitted and smoothed into the bonnet, best of all it was functional directing the air right at the blitz filter
had xbox fitted in the boot with a 7" screen moulded into the dash
best of all it was all my own work, which is why i was stupid for selling it on :(

yeah bk299s back when they were all the rage, trouble was that the diamond polished rims were prone to corrosion :(
35 profile rubber was a rough ride to say the least but handled great on the track :)

The saloons look good with the kit, but pretty bad otherwise - there was one parked outside the office today (S Reg, looked a decent spec) which reminded me - the boot is so ungainly. I remember watching a full replica kit on eBay a few months ago that the seller wanted £230 for.

Anyone know the reason some of the mondys have AndrewP's detangoed rear lights (mine has too) and some have the ones like [TW]Fox's?

Also, sorry to repeat myself, but roughly how much should I be looking at for respraying a bumper?
